This may sound dumb but...do the Clone Troopers eventually evolve into Storm Troopers? If so, how and when does this transformation occur? Are Storm Troopers clones too? Is this addressed in the next film? If it's a spoiler then nevermind.
Yes they evolve into Storm Troopers happens from the end of the next movie over the 20 year range that is between it and A New Hope
I think there is always the ellution to they may be clones, but as well as conscripts from the Dark Emperor's conquests.
You'll notice the Clone Trooper uniform is slowly changing into what we recognize from A New Hope.
I love the classic Trooper... hated the Clone Trooper... but I'm fond of the in-beetween we'll be seeing in Sith.
Hey... I forgot who was going to try and get me a Lava Vader from Target this weekend... apparently there are only so many per store and only one per customer (you get a ticket for it).
I wonder what the Clone to Recruit ratio is in the later trilogy.
It's fairly obvious that as worlds are taken over, not all of the people working for the Empire are Jango clones (Well, Boba's a clone too, but you know what I mean.) You see it in all the non-stormtrooper people working on the death star.
For once It'll be okay for George not to go back and try to "fix" part of the continuity.

I absolutely hate the Rocketeer fin on the top of the Clone Trooper helmet and the face looks a little to feline for me.
I'd still be willing to bet all the Classic Troopers are clones too... unless there's a height requirement considering Leia's "You're a little short for a Stormtrooper" comment.
What cracks me up is that I think somebody must have pissed in the Trooper DNA pot prior to a New Hope because they couldn't hit the side of a barn with a blaster if they tried... and then Obiwan goes and points out to Luke the "the blast points are far too accurate for sandpeople". Good Lord... how bad is a Tusken Raider's aim?????
